2. Products & Ordering

ZahraClasp offers a curated selection of shirts, pants & trousers, and skirts. We make every effort to display our products accurately, including colors, fabrics, and sizing. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate. All measurements provided in product listings are approximate and may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been accepted. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or is no longer available, we will notify you via email at support@zahraclasp.com and you will have the option to confirm the revised order or cancel it for a full refund.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in the currency indicated on the product page and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping and handling fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable except in cases where the item is defective or the order is cancelled by ZahraClasp.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Payment is due at the time of order placement. If a payment is declined, we will not process the order until a valid form of payment is received.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product photographs, button icons, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software—is the property of ZahraClasp or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The ZahraClasp name, logo, and all related graphics are trademarks of ZahraClasp and may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not affiliated with ZahraClasp without explicit written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

ZahraClasp strives to provide accurate and reliable information on this website, but we do not warrant that the site, its servers, or any content or emails sent from us are free of viruses or other harmful components. 6. Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from ZahraClasp. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward refund policy.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not qualify for a refund.

Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn or washed. Additionally, final sale items, gift cards, and items marked as "non-returnable" in the product description are not eligible for refunds.

Process: To initiate a return, please email us at support@zahraclasp.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Refund issuance: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original method of payment. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at support@zahraclasp.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a full refund instead.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you with products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ZahraClasp operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. By using this website, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction for any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the site.
